REFUND POLICY

EASY 2 DAYS RETURNS

At Gem Harbor US, we accept returns within a 2-day period from the date your product has been delivered under the following conditions:

  • No Refund Policy: We have a strict no-refund policy. However, we offer exchanges or store credits in eligible cases.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If the item has a manufacturing fault or was incorrectly supplied, Gem Harbor US will cover the return delivery costs. Please note that normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing fault.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Items purchased from ‘Sale,’ ‘Final Sale,’ ‘Clearance Sale,’ ‘999 Squad,’ ‘Flash Sale,’ or ‘End of Season Sale’ are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Custom Products: Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Material/Color Discrepancies: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the item. We recommend carefully reading the product description and reviewing the product images before placing an order. For further clarification, feel free to message us for more details.
  • Liability: Our liability is limited to the invoice value of the item.

RETURNS PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email us at [email protected], and our customer care team will respond within 1-2 business days to guide you through the return process. Additional information or photographs may be requested to assess the return request, so please assist accordingly. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing fault or incorrect item supplied.


ONCE [NAME] RECEIVES YOUR RETURN

Upon receiving your return, our team will assess the product. If eligible, we will issue a store credit or exchange the item based on availability. Store credits will be valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

You will receive a courtesy email from Gem Harbor US once your refund (in the form of store credit) has been initiated.


CANCELLATIONS

Before placing your order, you can review the contents and total amount in your shopping cart. Once an order has been placed, no further modifications or cancellations can be made.


DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes are not applicable to items already on discount or sale.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Gift cards are non-returnable.


Gem Harbor US reserves the unilateral right to modify or alter these terms without prior notice, and such changes will be final and binding.
